When the vice-rector is not at work (due to vacation, business trip, incapacity for work and other reasons) or when these positions are vacant, the duties assigned to him by the President of the institution are performed by another vice-rector. The first vice-rector is directly subordinate to the rector of the institution and is accountable to the President of the institution.
