5.1.2. Duties of the head of the department for coordination of student accommodation The head of the student housing coordination department (hereinafter referred to as the head of the department) is part of the management staff and is appointed and dismissed by the president of the institution based on the recommendation of the rector. The head of the department simultaneously acts as the head of the student residence. When the head of the department is not at work (on vacation, during a business trip, and other reasons), his official duties are performed by an employee appointed by the President of the institution. The head of the department is directly responsible to the first vice-rector for youth issues and spiritual and educational affairs.
