The payment of alimony is carried out on the basis of a court decision or through a notarial agreement between parents. Payments are carried out monthly in the form of money, in some cases, in the presence of the court, in the form of property, or a payment in the form of other property. If alimony does not pay, the alimony is carried out through the mandatory performance bureau on the basis of the recipient. ✅ Additional: If the child may have a disability or need additional needs, additional costs can also be collected (OK 104). If there is no permanent place of employment in the parent, alimony is calculated on the basis of the average salary in the Republic of Uzbekistan.
